Jan. 25th, 2021 –  In this episode, the ladies approach a topic that’s super relevant to every mother out there – SEX – and why it’s so important for a healthy, functioning relationship. They kick off the conversation by asking the age-old question – how often are you ‘doing it’ a week?! Lauren & Sarah both share their honest answers and that leads to a discussion on the peaks and valleys of marriage and how it’s an ever-changing landscape. They talk about the challenges women face during those baby-making years and how it changes overtime. They recognize that all women are in a different circumstance and hope that their vulnerability and candid discussion will benefit the listener.

While they’re no experts on the topic, they did study and do their homework – sharing some statistics and known benefits a healthy sex life provides to a marriage. They also offer some great ways to improve a woman’s libido and chat about everything in between! They hope being so raw will help you where you need it. They close the show with their hits and misses of the week, Lauren sharing that her sister bought a house on her street and Sarah’s win of her son caring for their new dog!
