Our Take on "The Bachelor" Drama (& Cancel Culture in General!)

Feb. 25nd, 2021 –  In this episode, the ladies sit down for a mini episode to chat about all the happenings with “The Bachelor”, but…not.  It’s a tricky subject but one that they felt they owed their audience as big fans of the show! They share their feelings on the subject and that leads into the discussion on “cancel culture”.  Sarah and Lauren share the concerns they have as they see more and more people being hunted down for things when they don’t align with a certain viewpoint. They share the cancel culture timeline and how it dates back to 2018 and the Me Too movement. The women share their concern as mothers and what this means for the next generation. They recognize that this topic may be controversial, but felt the need to speak up as it has weighed heavy on their hearts.  The Mom Voice wants to encourage understanding, choice, open dialogue and overall kindness.
